These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Team India’s website, services and any work we deliver under a written agreement. By using our website or engaging us as a client, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By browsing this website, contacting us through any form, or signing a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement with Team India, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and our services.
2. Description of services
Team India provides software development, technology consulting, dedicated engineering teams, AI/ML services and related professional services. The specific deliverables, timelines, fees and acceptance criteria for any engagement will be set out in a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your company to these Terms in order to engage our services. You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us or onboarding as a client.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including logos, copy, designs, graphics and code samples — is owned by Team India or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
For client engagements, ownership of work product is transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment, as set out in the relevant Statement of Work. Pre-existing intellectual property and reusable components used in the engagement remain owned by Team India, with a perpetual licence granted to the client to use them as part of the delivered solution.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our website or services in any way that violates applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of our clients.
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, malicious or misleading.
- Disrupt, overload or interfere with the security or normal operation of our website.
- Scrape, crawl or harvest content from our website using automated tools without our prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in the course of an engagement. We will sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement on request before commercial discussions involving sensitive information.
7. Warranties & disclaimers
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. For paid engagements, our warranties are set out in the relevant Statement of Work.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team India’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of our website is limited to fees paid by you to Team India in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team India, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any third-party claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the website.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice if you breach these Terms. Termination of any signed engagement is governed by the relevant Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or, where you contract with our local entity, the laws of the country in which that entity is registered). Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
