Delivery Model

We at Team In India understand that the needs of the customer are different and there is no "one fit all size" or solution that can be adopted and suitable to all our clients. That is why we offer the following delivery models for our clients.

Offshore delivery model:

This is the preferred model of choice for majority of our clients - the model offers the maximum cost benefits without compromising on the quality of the service.

The project right from the inception to the final development, testing and deployment is done at Team In India back- office by its team in India. A Project Manager uses the latest tools and methodology to manage the project, and his team in order to deliver as per the agreed timelines. He is the point of contact between the client and the team.

The offshore delivery model at first appears to be a bit daunting when engaged for the first time - but the fact is that the model is tried and tested and has been effectively engaged over the years and has yielded amazing results.

Onshore delivery model:

At times the project's complexity or urgency dictates the deployment of our skilled manpower on the client's premises. The resources deployed have a wide range of skills coupled with experience and exposure to the real business world.

Onshore delivery model ensures a quick start-to-finish timeline and unmatched quality benchmarking. The model offers complete control and flexibility on the resources at an additional cost compared to the offshore delivery model.

Engagement Models

Just like our delivery models we offer our customers a mix of engagement models too. Each model offers a range of benefits depending upon the specific needs of the clients.

Time and Resource (effort based) model:

This engagement models operates on the simple principle of pay as your work is done. The billing is done on the basis of a timesheet compiled as per the client's requirement (daily, weekly, monthly etc...).

This model is effective when the project is complex and the client does not have detailed technical specifications and prefers to 'develop' the project as it grows. The model is also suitable if the client is looking at hiring a dedicated resource to do a great deal of varied tasks, and would just like to have someone to get on with the things that they are too tied up to deal with.

Benefits:

• The specifications can be flexible and can take into account the flux created by doing something innovative in a dynamic market place.
• Offers complete control of the resources and provides regular feedback on the work status.
• You do not have to invest in fixed costs or worry about hiring the right resource - we will take care of all that - this allows you to concentrate on your core activities and not be dragged into support activities.

Project based (fixed price) model:

In this model the complete project from the start to finish is undertaken on a turnkey basis for a fixed cost for a given set of agreed specifications.

The above model works best for routine projects where the specifications are fixed and detailed and routine in nature. The model offers a fixed timeline and a fixed set oanager uses the latest tools and methodology to manage the project and his team in order to deliver as per the agreed timelines. He is the point of contact between the client and the team.

Dedicated offshore development (retainer) model:

If you are looking for a complete team of coders, designers, testers and business analysts working "dedicatedly" for your projects without the hassles associated with building and maintaining a team, then this model offers you all that you want and at reduced costs.

The model is best when you would like to have a team working on a number of different projects for a given minimum time period (minimum of six months). The dedicated Offshore Development Centre (ODC) is for all practical purpose your team in India, producing top quality code and can be run exactly as you wish.

Benefits:

• You have a number of projects but do not want to have the hassle of legally owning a development team - and so would like to outsource the team and yet keep the profits.
• You want to concentrate on the marketing activities and leave the coding part to someone else.
• You want to earn as per the market trends.
